We will mentor you, coach you, and prep you for your role within our brokerage company. We have a qualified in house lead system; no need for cold calling or depending on friends and family.

Requirements for Sales Representative

Must be state licensed; if not currently licensed we will help you through that process

Be willing to be trained in our system

Preferred: A track record of success in financial services and similar sales industries

Be on a 30 minute conference call five days a week

Daily In person client meetings

Daily communication with managers to ensure success

Quarterly business conference attendance paired with continuous training

Income

100% Commission

Average first year income for our new life insurance agents is 75-95k; however, there is no cap and some make well over 100k their first year.
