Job description

Our organization is growing and expanding so fast into new territories we’re looking for Life Insurance Agents and Sales Representatives we can build around.

No Sales or Industry Experience Required - we will teach, coach, and train you 100%

Average first-year income for our new life insurance agents is 75-95k; however, there is no cap. Some Sales Representatives make well over 100k their first year.

Insurance Agent responsibilities are:

• Be willing to be trained in our proven platform of success.

• Preferred: A track record with a good work ethic list of responsibility


• Implementing strategies to sell insurance


• Building rapport with customers


• Getting details from customers to fully assist them


• Communication skills should be excellent


Responsibilities for Sales Representative


• Life Insurance License or willing to obtain

• Once licensed: Be on a 30 minute conference call five days a week

• Hybrid position with frequent client visits
